Flat Elastic
Flat elastic is produced by braided technique with durable, high-quality polyester yarn, polypropylene, natural rubber latex. It is sturdy, flexible, stretchable, breathable and machine washable. Moreover, it has parallel lines and is produced by braiding machines. This feature provides gripping to related products.
Secondly, flat elastic is a lightweight elastic that shrinks when stretched. Even after many washes, it stretches easily without losing elasticity over time and takes its original shape without deformation.
Thirdly, the main usage areas are primarily the print sector, haberdashery, textile, medical, footwear, and promotion.
One of the most preferred products of Tekiş Lastik, we manufacture the width range consisting of 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 15mm.
We have various packaging types depending on usage areas and sectors. Our packaging team provides 5mt, 10 mt wrapped on cards due to customers’ demands from haberdashery and retail. Also, we wrap our products on 25mt, 50mt and 100mt spools for our industrial clients.
In addition to our label sales on e-commerce and haberdashery, we also provide services of customer label-private label depending on terms of minimum quantity sales (MOQ). There are black, white, red, navy blue, pink, yellow, gray, orange, and many other colors from our vast color pallet in our stocks for our customers.

Sono prodotti ottenuti intrecciando elastici, corde e materiali elastici naturali con la tecnica della tessitura stretta, lavorando a maglia con la tecnica della maglia o lavorando a maglia con la tecnica della maglia.
È prodotto con materie prime elastiche come elastico, filo di poliestere, filo di polipropilene, filo di nylon, filo mousse, filo di cotone e filo riciclato, oltre a materiali elastici naturali come lattice, gipe e lycra.
Le tipologie di elastici differiscono in base al metodo di produzione. In generale, esistono 3 tipi di elasticità.
a- Elastici tessuti prodotti su telai con tecnica di tessitura stretta
b- Elastici intrecciati prodotti su macchine intrecciatrici con tecnica di intreccio
c- Elastici lavorati a maglia prodotti su macchine per maglieria con tecnica di lavorazione a maglia
L’elastico è un prodotto che facilita la nostra vita e risponde alle esigenze grazie alla sua caratteristica di elasticità. Questo permette all’elastico di essere utilizzato in molti ambiti. È impiegato in settori come merceria, calzature, promozione, settore degli animali domestici, arredamento, tessile per la casa e industria della difesa, soprattutto nel settore tessile.
Poiché è possibile produrre fili come poliestere e cotone, utilizzati nella produzione degli elastici, attraverso il riciclo, e poiché la sua elasticità deriva da un materiale in gomma naturale, produciamo elastici riciclati.
Abbiamo standardizzato quasi 20 colori degli elastici che produciamo. Alcuni di questi sono: elastico nero, elastico bianco, elastico fucsia, elastico grigio, elastico marrone, elastico blu, elastico rosso, elastico blu scuro, elastico arancione neon ed elastico verde.
