University-Industry Cooperation

We recognize the importance of transferring valuable knowledge from universities to industries and sectors. Progress lies in the of knowledge within universities. In this regard, we are enhancing our collaboration with universities at almost every stage of our work. As Tekiş , we view this not only as a means for company development but also as a social responsibility project aimed at the development of students in universities and the provision of a well-trained workforce familiar with the sector. Within this scope, we carry out many activities listed below:

Academic Visits: Programs and departments such as Istanbul Kültür University Program, Haliç University Fashion Department, Arel University Fashion Program, Beykent University Fashion Program, Istanbul Gelişim University Software and Computer Engineering Department, Istanbul Commerce University Business Department, Istanbul University Information Department, and Atlas University Industrial Engineering Department visited our . They were informed about our work, and we discussed mutual cooperation.

Protocols: We signed cooperation protocols with Istanbul Kültür University Program, Sabahattin Zaim University Technology Transfer Office, and Altınbaş University.

Design Projects: Within the scope of our collaboration, we signed cooperation protocols with Haliç University Fashion Design Department. Students, under the guidance of their teachers, worked on designs for as part of their internships in the Istanbul Kültür University Fashion Design Program.

Study Projects: Industrial Engineering content from Sabahattin Zaim University was applied in our factory under the observation of their professors. Additionally, related personnel gave presentations about their work.

Thesis Work: We supported a master’s thesis with a high-level infrastructure under the supervision of a faculty member specializing in statistical analysis and development. The aim was to contribute to science and the academic community, and to gain a perspective on our company’s efforts.

Career Seminar: As part of the seminar on “Career Management in Business and Production Processes” organized by the Istanbul Commerce University Career Center, detailed information about our sector, careers in our sector, the workforce our sector requires, and our sector in general was provided to students from Istanbul Commerce University.
