Bu ba\u011flamda geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeleri inceledi\u011fimizde kad\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda oldu\u011funu ve bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6r de toplam \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemleyebiliriz.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"pix-el-text w-100  \" ><p class=\"  text-dark-opacity-7  \" >\u0130\u015fyerinde toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi, kad\u0131n ve erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara her durumda e\u015fit muamele edilmesi ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir. E\u015fitlik; kad\u0131n-erkek her bireyin ekonomik, sosyal ve siyasal her alanda ayn\u0131 imk\u00e2nlara sahip olmas\u0131 demektir. Eylem olarak ta bu stratejiyi uyguluyor ve b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z ile de bu politikalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu ba\u011flamda e\u011fitim ve seminerlerimiz de kad\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ve pozitif ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6nemini s\u00fcrekli vurguluyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca istihdam politikalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da buna uygun olarak hayata ge\u00e7irmekteyiz. Bu kapsamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n %55\u2019i kad\u0131n personellerden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.
